My name is Nurhanisah Binti Zulkifli. I am 24 years old. I am from Temerloh Pahang Malaysia. Currently, I am a digital content creator.

Why did you start affiliate marketing? 

I started affiliate marketing because I love online shopping and love to share with others on things that I bought.

Can you share a little bit about how you got started with affiliate marketing and when you started?  

Everything started when I was scrolling through TikTok and then saw someone shared about affiliate marketing. Then, I was eager to join it. At first, I did not pay much attention to it. But when I got my first affiliate order, I started to focus seriously on affiliate marketing.  

What was interesting about affiliate marketing?  

It is a free platform and it is very easy. We can earn side income via social media and the best thing is that we can earn money anytime and anywhere.

How did you first find out about affiliate marketing?

I did not know much about affiliate marketing. It all started when I saw a TikTok video on affiliate marketing. Then, I did some google searches and get a hang of the basic knowledge about IT.

Were you worried that it might be a scam?  

I do not think this is a scam because I saw a lot of feedback. I know that it is a good platform to earn money. There was a lot of people working in this field. So the chances of it being a scam were very less.

How has your life changed since starting affiliate marketing?

How is affiliate marketing helping you? Just money or career?  

Affiliate marketing helps me a lot with money and also in my career as a digital content creator. I can do more content about unboxing parcels so I  can gain more followers on my TikTok. At the same time, I can earn money from that.

Do you see yourself doing affiliate marketing in the long run or is it in the short term?

Of course, I will do it for a long time because it is easy and free. There is no logical reason to quit this work.

What are the challenges you faced after you first joined affiliate marketing?  

Sometimes, other people use my content to make money and sometimes no one is interested in the product that I shared.

What are your tips to remain relevant and active on the social media platform?

Keep making content. At least one posting per day and try to follow the trend or viral products.

What do you think is the key to being a successful affiliate marketer?

Be consistent, be patient, be excited, and maintain originality. It is the only thing that counts.
