ACCESSTRADE Summit 2023 will take place on Thursday, March 16th 2023 from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm ICT (Indochina Time).

Registration is FREE and open only for Existing Internal Partners.

You can view all attending companies once you log into the event platform called Meetmaps.

You access the event with these steps:

1. Register yourself on this link: https://accesstrade.global/atsummit/registration 
2. You will receive a confirmation email along with your ticket receipt and Meetmaps (our event platform) guidelines.
3. The event link will be sent to your email. Click on the link to enter the event.

Check your email spam folder, or drop us an email if you still couldn't find them marketing@accesstrade.global

Once you have logged into the Meetmaps platform, you can join every session by yourself. There are live sessions, exhibitions, and personal message feature, where you can connect and meet with all attendees.

It is recommended to use the latest version of Chrome to make sure the event platform runs smoothly.

We highly recommend you join the event using a desktop or laptop with a stable internet connection.

The event will be running for one day on March 16 2023 and all content is only set to play in Indochina Time (ICT) timezone.

There are no limits. The more the merrier!

Attendees are PROHIBITED from recording or broadcasting any audio or sessions at the conference. But you can rewatch the event until March 16th at 9pm ICT as we will open the access for attendees up to 9pm ICT.

The exhibiting and sponsoring companies can be found on our booth section available at the Meetmaps platform. You can also find them on our social platforms.

We need your attendee type to help others identify you during the conference.

Unfortunately no. We do not give out, rent or sell any attendee contact information for privacy reasons.

Exhibitors/Sponsors:

If the exhibitor/sponsor has provided any contact information to be published, we will promote that on the exhibitions section.

Terms and Conditions:

1. Only registered participants of ACCESSTRADE Summit 2023 can join the quiz
2. 1 participant with the most correct answers will be the winner
3. The winner will get 1000 ACCESSTRADE Super Points provided by their respective AT country branch
4. Match real names on Meetmaps and Kahoot (at least your first name)
5. Screenshot the proof of your name when Kahoot announces the winners
6. Submit your personal data and screenshot of winning proof to email: marketing@accesstrade.global
7. By taking this quiz, you are deemed to agree to all these T&Cs.
8. The organizer reserves the right to terminate or modify the T&C within the event period by amending the Terms and Conditions at its sole and absolute discretion. Any such modifications shall be notified on the event or communicated directly with participants, and such modifications shall be immediately effective and apply to all participants.
9. Anyone who is a part of Interspace Group (all countries) is NOT ALLOWED to join this quiz. If anyone from Interspace Group happen to be one of the winner, the organizer have the rights to cancel the prize.
10. The prize is non exchangeable.
